Ranbir, Katrina on a date!

Katrina has been cribbing how the press goes on and on about her relationship with Ranbir without any photographic evidence. So we did the needful

On Monday, we read in a section of the media that she is genuinely tired of news reports of her proximity to Ranbir Kapoor and she says the reports are even more disturbing because no one really has any photographic evidence of them together.

As soon as we read this, we sent our sleuths scouting for the evidence, which Katrina so categorically wished to be presented.
Well, here it is, Katrina! A few days ago you were with Ranbir at a 5-star hotel in Santacruz East.
You were seated to his right.

Both of you looked rather happy in each other's company (For reference to context, see Picture 1).
A few days prior to this, you were again with him having coffee and cold drinks.

Katrina, Ranbir most wanted for Valentine's Day date

Katrina Kaif and Ranbir Kapoor have topped a list of Bollywood actors with whom young boys and girls respectively would like to go on a Valentine's Day date, while Shahid Kapoor was declared the sexiest male star in a poll.

Ranbir received 39.4 percent votes, while Shahid followed close on the heels with 37.7 percent votes from female fans. Imran Khan, who recently tied the knot with Avantika Malik, is on number three with 15.9 percent votes.

The minimum votes were cast in favour of Ranveer Singh of "Band Baaja Baaraat" fame and dimpled boy Abhay Deol, who rounded up the top five with 4.5 and 2.5 percent votes respectively.

Among the females, Katrina took away the lion's share with 35.6 percent of the votes. The second most wanted Bollywood girl, according to the poll, is Deepika Padukone at 22.4 votes, followed by Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor with 17.5, 12.4 and 12.1 votes respectively.

The poll was conducted with over 2, 500 respondents from Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.

The respondents were also asked to choose the sexiest man in Bollywood, and Shahid Kapoor walked away with the title, leaving behind the likes of John Abraham, Shah Rukh Khan, Hrithik Roshan and even Salman Khan.

Kaif wants 'Charlie's Angels' type role

Katrina Kaif has revealed that she has three dream genres for acting roles in mind, one of which is a big Hollywood action film.

The actress said the first on her list is a period film, which she would want to follow with a romantic tragedy like Devdas.

Kaif added that big Hollywood action roles, the type usually played by Angelina Jolie or Cameron Diaz, sit third on her list.

"I want to do an action film like Salt or Charlie's Angels," she said.

The actress, who has starred opposite many of Bollywood’s leading men, said there is one she particularly wants to work with.

"I want to team up with Aamir [Khan]. In the last few films, the way he has romanced on screen I loved, especially in Ghajini," she added.

Katrina Kaif Tops World's Sexiest Woman (Eastern Eye 2010)

Sitting pretty atop another poll for 3 consecutive years Katrina Kaif was recently announced Eastern Eye's Sexiest Woman beating off contemporaries from around the world third time in a row.

Apart from being amongst the most photographed actresses in the world Katrina Kaif is also considered highly bankable not to mention uber sexy and confident. After proving her acting prowess in Rajneeti Katrina Kaif went on to scorch screens with her latest song Sheila Ki Jawani from her forthcoming release Tees Maar Khan one of the year's highly anticipated movies.

Eastern Eye showbiz editor Asjad Nazir, who was chairman of the selection panel, thinks that Katrina's win is all the more remarkable because of the incredibly high standard. "Although Bollywood heroines dominated the top 10, the list for 2010 included stunning beauty pageant winners, top actresses from around the world, pop stars and TV personalities. That is why Katrina should be deservedly proud of her amazing win."

Delighted with the hat -trick says Katrina Kaif "I'm very happy that I have made it to the top of Eastern Eye's list again. England is off course a very special place to me and I think it's very sweet to be voted the sexiest by them. I just want to thank everyone for the support,"
