'I'd like to work in Bollywood'
Jon Bon Jovi has said that he would like to work in a Bollywood production.
The US musician told Daily News and Analysis that he looks forward to collaborating on a Hindi-language project.
The 48-year-old confirmed: "I'd love to collaborate. I'm always excited about the prospect of collaborative efforts because music is a universal language and doesn't have to do anything with borders or even language barriers."
The 'Livin' On A Prayer' star explained why he has not yet signed a film: "I would like to visit India, but we keep our touring schedule such that it does not really get too exhaustive or excessive. We'd like to tour in a manner that is not excessive and so, we haven't."
Other international musicians to have featured in Bollywood films include Emma Bunton, Kylie Minogue, Holly Valance, Snoop Dogg and Akon.
Irrfan Khan for 'Spider-Man'?
Irrfan Khan is reportedly close to signing up for a role in the new Spider-Man movie.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Khan is in discussions to star as villain Van Atter alongside Andrew Garfield and Campbell Scott in the Columbia production.
Marc Webb’s reboot of the Spider-Man franchise began production this month in Los Angeles with casting decisions reportedly close to finalisation.
Khan would be the second Slumdog Millionaire star to be cast as a villain in a Hollywood movie after his co-star Anil Kapoor was snared for the new Mission: Impossible instalment.
Khan has already been a part of several Hollywood productions, including The Namesake and A Mighty Heart.
