Amelle Berrabah has been sentenced to a 14-month driving ban after being caught drink-driving.
The Sugababe was arrested last month after driving over the legal limit in the early hours of the morning.
As well as the ban, Berrabah was charged £2,000 for the offence.
According to the Daily Mail, the popstar's lawyer told Highbury Corner Magistrates' Court that she was sorry for her "exceptionally silly" actions.
Despite arguing that it would be difficult for the singer to use public transport, District Judge Ian Baker noted: "One can take an awful lot of taxis for the same cost of running such a car for a year."
Berrabah recently tweeted that she felt "rock bottom" after being caught, and was unaware that she was still over the limit from drinking the night before.
She has since warned others of the dangers of driving while uknowingly under the influence.
