After reports surrounding his apparent dissatisfaction with Kollywood surfaced in the media, the entire film industry turned against the actor, with V C Guhanathan, the chief of the Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI) only helping producers and directors in Kollywood to disassociate themselves from Arya. However, the actor is not prepared to sit back and accept defeat. Speaking to the media, Arya says that he has never spoken any ill about Kollywood and that he has been framed in a case of which he is not guilty!
The actor is presently busy with the post production work of his upcoming Tamil flick 'Chikku Bukku'. At the same time, he has also sought the help of the Nadigar Sangam to help in his endeavor to prove himself innocent. In a statement to the media, Arya says that Kollywood is the industry in which he has worked for such a long period of time in his career and it is also the industry in which he has invested his own money. Therefore, it is practically illogical that he would make wrong comments about the Tamil film industry. Arya has been alleged of belittling the Tamil film industry in an international platform at Dubai at an event arranged by a Malayalam network.
With the industry already so angry at his acts, it is to be seen whether Arya's upcoming release 'Chikku Bukku' can draw the attention of the audience and the critics. The Nandigar Sangam, meanwhile, is working towards bettering his image in Kollywood.
